I had a restorative yoga massage session with Ashley last week and it was great! I'm a beginner to yoga so Ashley took the time to explain the techiques and modifications so I could hold the pose then with massage helped loosen some of my really tigh areas. It was one of the best yoga sessions I've had and with the addition of massage it was amazing!
A very professional and intuitive massage therapist. Ashly has helped me many times with lower back and hip pain with very relaxing massages :) HIGHLY recommended
