I have a family member with Altimerzers who was admitted less than a month ago. Do to a medical condition she was hospitalized and she has been very weak her doctor said she needed physical therapy.Because my husband and I work during the day she was went to Helia to recieve therapy. I recieved a voice message saying she was being discharged no metting no notice. Was told she signed her own discharge papers. How? They discharged me and I am non weight bearing...which means I can't walk.I don't understand, but believe I will find out. Oh, and by the way the food is horrible and some of the staff are rude.
The food is worse than anywhere are actually anything I have ever seen !!! Sadly these older folks used to cook huge wonderful meals and now they are fed worse than prisoners it is slop literally. . Corporate should do.something about this is is a travesty to.them.and their residents. Very sad !!!!
Do not take anyone here. They are horrible. My great aunt had 15 stitches. They will not release the "accident" report.
Was told to "change" my 1 start review while o was employed there figured I'd update it again. They also NEVER answer the phone
