Service from Helicool was excellent. They responded in a very timely manner to schedule replacement of the isolation valves in our condo. The engineer was efficient and communicative and throughout we felt we were in good hands. The job was completed as expected.

Called them In December to fix my bathtub tap Took money out of my account on December 3 rd (500.00) Somebody came and looked at it and said they would be back with the proper parts and what not. Was completely ghosted by them didn’t hear anything no phone calls. No nothing. Money was returned to account December 11, still hadn’t received any services or word if they were coming back. After booking an appointment online, instead of coming to our house, we received a phone call and the promise that our issue will be discussed with the owner. After not hearing back for a couple of weeks, we called back. Again, we were referred to the owner which was not to be reached and no option to leave a message. So we tried another booking through the online form and never received any reply back. This seems rather unprofessional and is very disappointing.
