After booking an appointment online, instead of coming to our house, we received a phone call and the promise that our issue will be discussed with the owner. After not hearing back for a couple of weeks, we called back. Again, we were referred to the owner which was not to be reached and no option to leave a message. So we tried another booking through the online form and never received any reply back. This seems rather unprofessional and is very disappointing.
Photo is of a finished product for washing machine faucet repair... Would not call this company for plumbing services. You can see in the reviews that every negative review gets argued with, making it clear they don’t take responsibility for problems. If you’re a potential customer, take heed.
