Four main reasons what I scheduled with Dr. Helfst First, they acutally answer the phone, Second, the cost was reasonable and take CareCredit Third, I know where the office is and I know it was always a dentist there Fourth, they are open on Saturdays!! So, I scheduled a last min tooth extraction with Dr. Helfst and he asked what was going on, took an x-ray and asked ME what I wanted to do! I recently had my last two upper wisdom teeth removed, and the experience was outstanding. The procedure was quick, efficient, and virtually painless. Dr. Helfst was highly skilled and professional, explaining each step clearly and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The only minor discomfort was the anesthesia injection, but Dr. Helfst’s technique made it barely noticeable. His precision and care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him for anyone in need of oral surgery or dental work!
Was very nervous about my extraction but Dr. Helfst made me very comfortable. He was personable and highly skilled if another one is needed only he will perform it.
Did a great job on my wisdom teeth removal but was quite rude and rose his voice at me. He also would not let me ask questions. Bedside manner is a 1.5/5. 1.5 only because he took me step by step through the anesthesia process.
