Was very nervous about my extraction but Dr. Helfst made me very comfortable. He was personable and highly skilled if another one is needed only he will perform it.
Did a great job on my wisdom teeth removal but was quite rude and rose his voice at me. He also would not let me ask questions. Bedside manner is a 1.5/5. 1.5 only because he took me step by step through the anesthesia process.

Empathetic and demanding - that's what makes him outstanding. His team is excellent and after a nightmare I went through with a dozen dentists, I feel that I finally got a break. I was tired and depressed. I lost my appetite because I felt like my dental work will never end with a positive result. Dentists in 2 different countries and 3 different states refused to help because they said there was nothing they could do. Dr. Helfst told me it is possible and kept his promise.
