Dr Helfrich listen and was kind! His staff is fantastic!!!
I've been going to Dr. Helfrich for two decades. He's a great guy, I always love the visit and he has helped my symptoms immensely. Recently I've been seeing his physician assistant, Devon, and she's also great. The billing department and the nurse who works with prior authorizations is also fantastic. I really can't think of anything bad to say of this practice.
Dr. Helfrich knows the disease and he has vast experience treating all kinds of people with this disease His medical care is personal, caring and intelligent. He's a really nice guy and a really terrific doctor.
I was on the phone for nearly an hour trying to get an appointment. I finally just gave up. I could not hear the person on the other end enough to even get his name. They wanted me to jump through hoops to get the appointment. After reading another review for this doctor about poor appointment setting, I won't be trying again.
Dr. Helfrich had always taken wonderful care of me for many years!! He was a very skilled and compassionate doctor. Within the last 5 years, I had moved out of the area to be near my son, daughter in law, and grandson. My current rheumatologist is also very skilled and compassionate. She has continued the treatment plan that Dr. Helfrich had prescribed for me. The office staff and nursing staff at Dr. Helfrich’s were also very caring and kind to me.
