I purchased a new battery for my car online and had to pick it up here. They told me that if I returned my old battery core, they would return money to me. I did, and not only did they never return any money, but I also had to call several times, and the issue wasn't solved. They are a real shame.

Took almost a week to replace a battery that was under warranty…When I picked up my vehicle it was also covered in mud…do not take here if you can avoid it.
Great friendly staff ready to help the most important person to walk in the door, the customer. The staff at the parts department at River Oaks were very nice to me as a customer. They even helped me load the big heavy box with the part I needed in the back of my truck. They must have known I had a long drive. GREAT EXAMPLE OF SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
