I had a maintenance appointment for my jeep at 7 am on 12/26. I was at the service center more than an hour along with other customers waiting for the service center to open up. But no one showed up. If this was a hiccup on the system website that let customers schedule an appointment on a day when the service center was closed, the least they could have done was send an email as a follow up. Took my Jeep in for warranty work. Told it would take 5 days. On day 5, told two weeks. After two weeks, told another two weeks!! Needed to travel over the holidays but the rental is a soft top jeep, not good for long road trip. It's been horrible!

They are awful with COMMUNICATION. If you have to take your vehicle for body work. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! They're the worst place in HOUSTON by far!
