Great service.
Took my convertible ford mustang here for a recall on my door latches. When I got my vehicle back my windows were completely misaligned creating an open gap. I brought this up to the service representative and he was incredibly unhelpful. Their stance was that “they never touched the windows”, which is completely false considering you have to remove the entire door panel to replace the latches. Ended up taking it somewhere else to get the windows realigned, $250 later I will never trust this ford service shop with my vehicle... read more
I made an appointment with the service to get an oil change for my car, and the person who responded to me was named Christine. She was very rude to me when I asked her, and I said to her, "How much will you charge for the oil change?" She hung up on me, and when I called again, she didn't answer me. And this is what bothers me. Her name is Miss Christine. I advise everyone not to deal with her because she is rude. Do not deal with her.
