Personally hired Kathrin Wedel Diaz-Perez to represent someone and she seemed professional at first. However, I do not recommend this attorney because she hardly ever followed up on time with processing documents, filing motions for discovery, petitions and would lose essential documents. Then she claimed that I didn't want to pay when I asked why she was delaying, despite being paid in full before each court appearance. Recommend you look for another attorney and save yourself the hassle.
I do not recommend this law firm, especially the attorney Kathrin Wedel Diaz-Perez. I recently hired this attorney to represent a family friend and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The attorney always waits until the night before an actual court proceeding to file a motion, never requests police reports in a timely manner and does not reach out to the state attorney’s office to receive documents needed before the actual court hearing.
