I had my first appointment with Mel, the new owner of Tiara Hair, today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was really concerned about some unwanted ginger tones that came through after a nanoplasty treatment, but Mel took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and explain the best way to correct it.
