Honestly, I was so upset after reading all the reviews before picking up my package at this location. I had to ask for leaving two hours earlier from work to get there before 5:30 pm. and beyond that, I was so worried about my packages could be lost or even I couldn't have my packages after been waited in a long line. To my big surprise, however, there was nobody waiting in line and the UPS clerk was so nice & patient.
