I rarely write reviews… but this place ~ Would not recommend to anyone or come back myself. Bizarre place. And so bummed this was my first experience at a salon in the valley. As soon as I walked in the door and sat down my stylist immediately let me know she didn’t actually have time for a full weave (which I booked!!) so she ran off to go check and turns out I was right - I spent the rest of my appointment feeling rushed and then another lady showed up.. so assuming she double booked???? DO NOT WORK WITH RACHEL FOR YOUR WEDDING HAIR AND MAKEUP I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this wedding hair and makeup artist was extremely disappointing, especially for something as important as my wedding day. I would leave a 0 star review if I could. From the start, communication around pricing was confusing and inconsistent. She wasn’t able to give me a clear quote, kept changing the prices every time we spoke, and even overcharged me for my trial compared to the original amount she had told me. Sh... read more
