Prompt delivery on Valentines Day, but the delivery was two levels below what I ordered! Ordered the Premium and received this! Called many times, sent emails, with no action! Very disappointed!!
I received a bouquet of flowers that are wilting and brown. I called to inform Helen‘s of my flower arrangement condition and was told me to callI 1 800 Flowers and they could not help me.when they came from their flower shop and was delivered from their flower shop to my house. I do not recommend this flower shop.
Flower arrangement not as nice as advertised.
Prompt delivery and kind workers, but the flowers delivered were looking quite shriveled and a little emptier than the arrangement pictures. Fair pricing for a local florist boutique, but there could be improvements on the freshness.
The flowers our out of town friend sent were beautiful. The delivery driver was friendly and professional. Will definitely use this florist the next time I need to send flowers.
