Went in , was looking to buy a cannondale evo or something similar I saw a cannondale I liked about 4,000usd. I was standing by the bike for about 6 mins looking at it ... Was never greeted when I walked in or asked if I needed help.. decided to leave.

Greg had extensive knowledge on E bikes and gave great advice. Erik got the bike all prepped up with the accessories.
