Greg had extensive knowledge on E bikes and gave great advice. Erik got the bike all prepped up with the accessories.
Friendly and prompt repair service.
Worst customer service. I was super polite and just asking about a delivery but mid sentence the guy gave me a "sweet, bye" and hung up on me, for no reason. Don't let this person talk to anyone in the future maybe?
Very helpful and made the bike purchase process very smooth. Spent time explaining the features of the new bike and even offered inner tube in case of future flat repair. Excellent services and great executions!
