I have found Willetta Helene a therapist who listens very well. She helps you think of ways to deal with the "bumps in the road" in ways you can handle. She continually thinks of your mental state, where you need assurances, but she also wants you to come up with your solutions to your issues. It's always nice to have a person you can easily relate to who listens to anything you want to talk about without judgment.

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this therapist seem interested in helping you solve your problems? Yes, extremely interested. They were very supportive

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider treat their staff well? I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
