called and was trying to get some help. maybe they don't specialize or have been trained in this field, and I do understand but the lady kept interrupting me and seemed like every excuse to not see us. I hanged up on her cause I hate being interrupted. then calls me back to verify I hanged up and hangs up on me . lol that was funny part. I like that
