Great physical therapists!
I had bronchitis and feeling really sick on a recent weekend. The room was full and the woman at the desk was rudely informing me I had a 3 hour wait. I had to go home as I was so sick I could only wait 10 minutes.
I was in this morning because I was waiting for the Urgency Room to open, the woman checking people in was very rude, told me I couldn't be seen because I was not an Allina patient, I was in significant pain and she was patronizing and just told me to have a nice day. She was older with medium length brown hair
