My daughter had a new patient appointment,I forgot to confirm appointment however never canceled either. When we get there one of the receptionist states that she will still get seen however it may take a few minutes longer. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to complete paperwork, we spent a total of 3.5 hrs at the office if not longer, I was very dissatisfied.
Samantha is a thorough as well as gentle hygienist. She makes the visit pleasant.
I Had a very pleasant experience, getting some extractions there, they took there time, very professional with their work.
