They were amazingly patient with me and my daughter today. She was having a rough time due to her neuro-spicy life. They listened when I let them know it was a rough moment and let me sit with her. Gave us a little time to sit and talk by ourselves and did everything they could to make her feel more comfortable. But I wasn’t surprised that’s why we chose them to begin with!
We have had the best experience here with 2 of my kids in braces. Their staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. We came here after a bad experience somewhere else with my oldest and I’m so happy we did! Thank you Helena Orthodontics for making this easy and enjoyable this time around.
