I had the most wonderful experience at Helena Kolan in Soho, and it is entirely thanks to Ardak. When I first came into the shop in January, I was honestly on the verge of completely giving up on wedding dress shopping & found the whole process very frustrating. I was determined to find a long sleeved gown, thinking thats what I wanted because it would cover my biggest insecurity, but nothing I had tried on anywhere felt right. My experience here was not a good one. I informed the agent that I am new to this, even showing her the type of style and my budget for the dress I wanted and the timeline, yes it was a short notice but the way she made remarks based on questions being asked was not welcoming. I also asked regarding information for the sample sale event and was told I would receive a follow up email. There was another lady with her who seemed uninterested during my appointment Overall, I would not recommend!
