Helena is amazing! I’ve tried acupuncture before and the way Helena does is completely different. Her knowledge and expertise are impressive and my body feels as I get a deep tissue massage after every session. If you want to achieve a muscle relaxation, and clear and calm your mind - I highly recommend trying Helena !!!

I started acupuncture with Helena after months of chiropractor and physical therapy visits to address back pain with no improvement. I was working with a new PT that completely limited my participation in physical activity due to my back pain. Despite doing all my home program and limiting movement I saw no improvement.
