It is rare I write a review, however, in this situation it feels warranted. Please beware. We purchased a low mileage certified 2022 Honda Pilot from here with about 25,000 miles. The staff was incredibly aloof, difficult to communicate with, and forgetful. We dealt with Tim, Christian, and Derek. Here is what we ran into: 1) My first warning should have been when Tim scoffed and tried to talk me out of a third party inspection. This weekend, I bought a 2026 Honda CR-V from Honda Helena, and it was an amazing experience! I drove all the way down from Kalispell, and Tim took great care of me. He was straightforward with his offer and it made everything simple. When we arrived, Tyler also helped us and he was fantastic. Overall it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience!
Jenni helped me find the most perfect truck!! She was very kind, helpful, listened to all my wants/ needs in a vehicle and I felt very comfortable because none of the dealers made me feel pressured and that’s a huge thing I look for while car shopping. I definitely recommend Jenni she’s the best car salesman I’ve met
