Oil change & tire rotation accomplished is about 40 minutes, which was very reasonable. Nice waiting area & free drinks.
Great service, quick and helpful. Even when I was stressed and worked up over things I did not understand. Derek was very sympathetic and helped me understand what was needed to get my family back on the road!
My last two visits have been good, thanks to the efforts Derek Fox. The first of these visits was for an instrument panel replacement and the price I had been quoted was not the same as I was being charged. I was charged the quoted price. He forgot to change my winter tires, so he did it for free in a timely fashion.
