She had an attitude and chose not to do her job, He then reprimanded her and she did not own up to her mistake. AMAZING customer service! I went today and the owner was very knowledgeable when it came to black hair products and giving us recommendations. She was very nice and had a positive attitude. The store was very organized and well kept!
