AMAZING customer service! I went today and the owner was very knowledgeable when it came to black hair products and giving us recommendations. She was very nice and had a positive attitude. The store was very organized and well kept!
A full beauty supply store. They are customer oriented and give discounts to braiders to encourage more patronage. They have fair pricing too
At first they said hi and I was thinking they were going to be nice like always because I’ve been going to the store for years but I noticed that every time I went the girl with braids in the front would be the one being nice to me or the Asian lady that works at the register as well but instead this time I simply asked the male worker that asked me if I needed help when I walked in if there was any frontal closers and he told me that there are no closers “for me” and that it wouldn’t match with my hair color, mind you I jus... read more
