We’ve been taking our dogs to this vet for 5–6 years, but today was the last straw. I went in to pick up flea meds, and the girl at the front desk refused to give it to me because she said the dogs need to be seen at least once a year. Our dogs were literally seen by their vet in December—just 6 months ago. She kept saying, “Well, that was in 2024, now it’s 2025,” and was clearly confused.
