Been here twice and both times have had a terrible experience. The first time half of my eyebrow was taken off, the second time my face had several burnt marks.. I was clear in my instructions that my face is sensitive and I need the small patches of wax to be applied but it was happily ignored and the skin was treated harshly.. they need to understand that facial skin is very different from the skin on rest of your body.. I don’t how long will these scars take to heal.. utterly disappointed!
