I wish I could do an anonymous review. But I can’t. What happened to me at Helen Vine detox 12 years ago changed me forever. It wasn’t a safe place especially for women. Stay clear of this place!!!
Why would Helen Vine Detox Center say they have beds available same day, have a patient wait in the emergency room for almost 3 hours struggling with substance abuse doing their best to go to detox to get into a rehab facility only to tell this patient at the end of the day there are no beds available??? They left this patient with false hopes and disappointment and sadness!! What is going on? Does anyone care anymore for the patients care and welfare… system failure!
This place is awesome if somebody really wants to get sober. It's like any other detox or rehab. If you want it the help is available.
Teresa (the director) is amazing and has many connections in the sober world and the Bay area community in general..literally a god send! Got sober here...place births straight miracles.. if u want sobriety ..this place provides a good and safe environment for that.
