Helen is absolutely amazing, I saw her for ages before I had to switch to a different service. Helen always made a huge effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Sessions with her made me feel heaps better and she would help me find healthier coping strategies and skills that worked for me. Helen saw my daughter twice and it felt like she had known her for such a long time as everything she said about my daughter was spot on! Her psychologist report was excellent and so detailed. I would recommend her so highly to anyone.
