Excellent service
Worst customer service. Not coming back
Excellent customer service & value for money. Deena & Keely are absolute consummate professionals. Not only did their consultation educate me on the best options, the pricing of their lenses is remarkably cheaper than a well known competitor. I will certainly be returning for future examinations & purchase of glasses.
I had the privilege of being dealt with by Greyson. Lovely energy and very welcoming. He put me first and wasn’t satisfied until I was. I’ve never met such a kind optometrist with such exceptional customer service. Thank you Greyson.
Mine was an ADF appointment made thru BUPA, so no choice to end up here. The female optometrist was lovely however, the front of house experience in store and on the phone later the same day was lacklustre, unhelpful, then passive aggressive. I won't be back for any eyewear, subsidised or not.
