I had a very disappointing experience with this optometry clinic. This was already the second time my appointment was cancelled. Before attending, I called to inform the staff that I might be 5 minutes late because my previous appointment had been cancelled for the same reason. I attended an appointment here on 24 April and was surprised to find that they don’t process health fund claims on-site. As a Bupa member, I usually just submit claims online using the item number on the receipt—but in this case, the receipt didn’t include a clear or complete item number. When I called to ask, the receptionist mentioned that they don’t usually know or provide the correct codes and instead refer patients to Bupa. - excellent optometrist who was very thorough and detailed with explanation - limited selection of frames, particularly for larger heads - biggest concern was no financial consent was obtained for added extras. Quite a shock at the bill upon collection of sunglasses. I would not have had the polarisation added, if I had known how much was going to be charged beforehand.
Excellent experience—professional, friendly, and the eye exam was smooth and stress-free. The clinic has a great selection of high-quality glasses, and I’m really happy with the pair I chose. Highly recommend
