I was introduced to Helen in 2025 when I received a MBC diagnosis. I have a complex medical history and take heart medication and potent blood thinners. After a breast cancer diagnosis, surgery, radiation and ongoing medication, I was finding it difficult to manage my health. My oncologist recommended Helen and from our first appointment, she has made it her mission to get my sleep, diet, energy and general health on the right path, and additionally to manage the onslaught of menopause symptoms that hit me as a result of the ongoing medication. For the first time since my diagnosis I feel like my health is where it needs to be to (hopefully) keep cancer out of my future.
Helen is such a knowledgeable, thorough naturopath. She knows her stuff inside out and I felt markedly better in just a couple of weeks.
Helen has played an important role in my wellbeing, throughout chemo and now as I navigate new changes. She is knowledgeable, empathetic and supportive. She listens to concerns, addresses needs and adjusts treatment to suit. I genuinely feel her care helped me through a particularly tough year, and I continue to value her guidance. Highly recommended.
