Helen is the most highly researched & comprehensive natural therapist I have ever worked with. The fact she is also a cancer survivor, like me, gave me the comfort that she understood my stakes at a very personal level. After years of throwing money at supplements I wasn't sure were even necessary, her thorough approach (blood tests, nutrition tracking) means I am taking exactly what I need and feel better than I have ever in my life. The irony! She is excellent. Highly recommend.

Helen probably saved my life. She was the practitioner that suggested I have a cholesterol test, among other things, and upon seeing the reading, she suggested a CT coronary scan. This scan showed a high calcification score and consequently I ended up in hospital with my cardiologist finding 2 heart vessel 95% blocked. My GP and cardiologist didn't suggest the cholesterol test, let alone the CT Scan. Helen did. Helen is genuinely interested in healing and helping her clients.
