Helen is the most highly researched & comprehensive natural therapist I have ever worked with. The fact she is also a cancer survivor, like me, gave me the comfort that she understood my stakes at a very personal level. After years of throwing money at supplements I wasn't sure were even necessary, her thorough approach (blood tests, nutrition tracking) means I am taking exactly what I need and feel better than I have ever in my life.
