I popped into Helen's last week for a mani/pedi (without an appointment). I was warmly greeted and immediately seated for services. Henry was excellent! I received excellent services. It was the foot massage with my pedicure ever! I will definitely return.
I made an appointment for my 13 year old daughter and came in with her to check her in. The manicurist gave her a pallette to pick out colors and I let them know I would be back to pick her up later. When I came back an hour later to pick her up, they were just taking her to get her manicure started. I was appalled that no one let me know that they were running so late and they just left my daughter sitting there for so long. We also ended up missing an event that we were supposed to attend.
