If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. I arrived at 9:07am, just minutes after Helen’s Nail Shop opened, and the shop was clearly not busy. I asked for a pedicure and was immediately told, “We too busy, can’t take you.” No offer to wait, no chance to schedule an appointment — just a flat-out refusal with no explanation. They advertise that “walk-ins are welcome,” but that clearly wasn’t the case. The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Horrible , the quality of nails do not match the prices at all . Helen did my nails and they look like teeth. They tell you one price over the phone and add $30 when you come up. I just asked for a soak off when I called , get to the salon and everyone is booked and can’t soak off nails . . Mind you the place is empty and it’s just a soak off . What a joke . Also they use those cheese graters on feet which they can be fined for with the state board .
