This was my first and LAST time with this provider. I did not Dr. Lee was friendly nor was she concerned about me. As a NEW patient, there was no introduction to make me feel welcomed. I felt rushed explaining my concerns (didn’t get to address them all) and there was absolutely no empathy. The office staff was ok. Dr. Lee has been great! It’s very evident that she knows what she is talking about and I appreciate that she is straight forward and honest when answering questions. She is friendly and has excellent bedside manner. As a first time mom, it’s comforting to know and trust that I am in good and capable hands. I’ve also seen Dr. Page and Merritt, PA-C and my experience with them was just as great. I know how challenging working in healthcare can be & these ladies are wonderful, along with their nursing/MA staff.
The staff at Martin, Lee, & Page are courteous and friendly. Dr. Helen Lee provided detailed information regarding my visit and put my mind at ease.
