Dr. Rouvelas is superb! She is knowledgeable, professional and always accurate with her diagnoses. She is extremely thorough and takes her time with each patient. Most of all she has a wonderful bedside manner. She has a special way with children and is kind and caring. She has been my pediatrician for years and I will continue seeing her as my doctor for years to come. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me!
Dr. Rouvelas has been my pediatrician since I can remember and she is just great! I feel comfortable discussing anything with her and she always gives the best advice. You can tell that she cares for her patients and always goes far and beyond to be there for them. She is a doctor with heart and that is hard to find.
Dr Rouvelas is not only a wonderful pediatrician but a talented pediatric pulmonologist that has been amazing in managing my asthma. She is caring, knowledgeable and practices medicine with heart and empathy!!
She is a wonderful doctor. Waite time is a little long but her services are all worth it. Since my children are inder her care their asthmas has been under control. My son has been with her for now 9 years he is now 12 years old and my daughter for eight years she is 8 years old. I love her so much.
Dr. Helen is amazing! First of all you can tell she loves and understands kids, and her bedside manner is perfect. My 4 yr. old sat still for an examination (unheard of) and followed the doctor's direction with little coaxing. Dr. Helen's diagnosis and prognosis were on point, and she cut right to the chase. Georgie is doing so much better since following the plan laid out. I trust Dr. Helen completely with Georgie's care.
I have been bringing my son to Dr.Rouvelas since he was 2 year old..he is now 12 and has asthma. I would not change the doctor for anything, she is very knowledgeable, efficient and excellent at her job. There are times there is along wait but i understand because if a sick child, they have to be seen first! She takes her time with each individual and jas an excellent bedside manner. My boys love her and as i said, i wouldn't change her!
My experience with Dr Rouvelas is horrendous. Moreover, she and secretary was very unprofessional. I call to make an appointment, and spoke with the secretary, and let her know my son is very sick and has bad asthma. I gave her my insurance she checked it and told me everything was fine. They had me sit there for over an hour - just to let me know that they don't accept my insurance anymore,the doctor was very dismissive and rude no consideration for my situ I would not recommend her to anybody
