Really terrible experience with Dr Park. So rude and no bedside manner. Not approachable at all. She said she would call me back if any concerns. I had to call the office myself to find out and when I asked her why she didn’t call me she said my staff was suppose to. Why would a staff member call me when she told me she personally would? I left there feeling worse than when I went and after the phone call that I had to call her for I felt even worse. I called many times and they put me a hold more than 10mins and they don’t even explain. Receptionist are rude and not professional
