We have been with Dr. Pappa since my son was 4. He is now 12. She has always listened and treated him with compassionate care.
When evaluating my son, she didn’t seem very understanding about the struggles we experienced with him being on the spectrum. She was condescending to the situation and stressed out my child.
Dr Papa had ordered blood work done prior to our visit but hadn’t even looked at it so it served no purpose for our visit to which we drove two hours for. We brought a report and cds from the hospital for her to look at but she wouldn’t look at them. She refused to write a renewal on a prescription for the only medication that has helped her. She was extremely rude and condescending. She obviously couldn’t care less about our daughters illness.
