Nice little hospital. I've had the pleasure of traveling there with the physician, I work doing OR surgeries in the UP. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Nice clean and professional facility. Newberry itself is a quaint little town.
Profit over patient care. It's not hard to see what this company values most. New doctors are not trained to see you as people or community members. My first visit to this clinic lacked everything a health care establishment should provide. No extensive questions for diagnoses or treatment plan. No care put into individual assessments. No trust established. Cold receptionist. Will not be returning. Would rather suffer and research my own treatment plan.
