I have been with Dr Wong for over 7 years. She is truly amazing, empathetic, intelligent and kind. She listens and hears you when you are talking. She cares about my health and asks about my son and how I’m doing after the appointment each time. I followed her as she is now in Livermore and although I’m in San Jose I will take the drive or VV to keep her!
Dr. Helen was very friendly and made us feel really comfortable. She answered all our questions very patiently, professionally and was very knowledgeable, I would recommend her for your Primary care physician. Everyone else in the center was also very helpful and the process is very smooth. The Sutter health app is user-friendly and super easy to use.
Helen is the best PCP I have ever had. She took her time, asked questions and she had thoroughly reviewed my file prior to meeting with me. It is clear she cares about her patients.
The new Sutter Health in Livermore is awesome because it was easy ….. EASY to find a place to park! Also, the Sutter Health lobby/waiting area was not packed with people like the Fremont location normally is. The “backroad” route to & from is also good for my blood pressure! Dr. Helen Wong-Sexton is a wonderful primary doctor who has great input and is quite adept to listening to her patients. I’ve decided that I’m gonna keep her for the remainder of my “patient” career!
