I had seen several remedial massage therapists before I found Helen, I’ve now been going to Helen for over 4 years. Helen always listens and offers great advice, she knows exactly what to do to keep me moving, I’ve had cupping and dry needling too all with great effect. After a recent motor vehicle accident I also went to Helen for some Bowen Therapy, I was a little sceptical at first but what a difference it made!! I 100% recommend Helen.
Helen is absolutely amazing, found her 5 years ago and is only person I go to when I have body aches, when family from nz come over we go see her, she is magic with her skills and has an amazing knowledge , advice and is overall a lovely person, highly recommend
