Very friendly and professional. Helen gives a very personalised service unlike large business. She also does at home visits, so it is highly convenient.
Helen is very flexible and straightforward. She’s a sole operator, so I’ve found that’s meant she can be much more personalised in her approach, than some of the other places I’ve tried. Helen was absolutely amazing, professional and super friendly. After going to another audiologist for 7 years and not getting the results from my aids that I expected, Helen was able to recommend something different to what I had. My new aids that Helen recommended are a game changer for me, and I can now hear so much better. I had such a great experience getting my hearing checked by Helen King. Helen came to my house, set up her equipment, conducted the testing, showed me the results on her computer and explained what she had found. Helen was professional and put me at ease, by explaining exactly what I had to do. Her fee of $125 was very reasonable. I highly recommend Helen King hearing.
