Is there an option for 10/5 stars? I first went to Helen in 2019 for an IT band issue, and her treatment protocol completely changed my running and stretching routine. I even encouraged my family to adopt a similar approach. Years later, I still follow the same stretching techniques she taught me. Helen is an excellent physical therapist, whose holistic approach helped me improve my overall health and well-being. She helped me address a couple longstanding issues and gave me a good blueprint to continue on with PT exercises on my own. I was really grateful to learn from her wide-ranging expertise and would recommend her highly.

Dr Helen Kim Is a wonderfully caring knowledgeable PT. She is one on one and focuses on your individual needs I have been going to her for ten years and there is nobody in nyc I trust more. Always responsive via text and calls and goes the extra mile to accommodate If you want best of best professional classy and great healing powers Dr Kim is amazing

I cannot recommend Helen enough. She is truly a miracle worker. Helen is an exceptional physical therapist who cares deeply about her patients and wants to ensure that they feel their best. Helen helped me through my pregnancy with twins and post-partum with everything from terrible back pain to fixing my severe diastasis recti. She is amazing at figuring out the source of pain and I always leave my sessions feeling significantly better than when I walked in. She is the best!

I feel so fortunate to have found Helen! She is the best PT I have ever worked with (and I have had many over the years). I came to Helen with profound weakness and chronic pain following major spine surgery. I had months of PT before I started seeing Helen and had stalled completely in my progress. Helen was able to locate the problems affecting my spine and address them in a truly holistic way. Her skill and professionalism have led to deep healing, for which I am deeply grateful!
