Helen Kim is an extraordinary teacher and physical therapist, and I am so grateful I get the opportunity to work with her! She is extremely smart, knowledgeable and wise, while at the same time being kind, warm and patient. She is a terrific communicator—she conveys the “how” of an exercise as well as the big picture “why” we are doing it. Helen is a fabulous physical therapist! I saw her during pregnancy to prepare for my labor and birth process, and she was instrumental in fixing my back and hip pain. She also helped me prepare for a smooth delivery, which allowed me to have a quick and easy post partum recovery. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, kind, and cares deeply for her patience. I'd recommend her to anyone and will see her again if I ever need PT!
Is there an option for 10/5 stars? I first went to Helen in 2019 for an IT band issue, and her treatment protocol completely changed my running and stretching routine. I even encouraged my family to adopt a similar approach. Years later, I still follow the same stretching techniques she taught me. Helen is a remarkable therapist and teacher. Her patience and kindness are unparalleled. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and am forever indebted to the friend who insisted I see Helen for neck pain.
I cannot say enough about Dr Kim. She patiently worked with me to transform years of chronic pain and instability to a point where I feel strong and vital. She never set limits on my healing as many doctors do - and so I have been able to reach milestones I never thought were possible. Never give up. There is hope and go see Dr Kim.
