Helen is a fabulous physical therapist! I saw her during pregnancy to prepare for my labor and birth process, and she was instrumental in fixing my back and hip pain. She also helped me prepare for a smooth delivery, which allowed me to have a quick and easy post partum recovery. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, kind, and cares deeply for her patience. I'd recommend her to anyone and will see her again if I ever need PT!

Is there an option for 10/5 stars? I first went to Helen in 2019 for an IT band issue, and her treatment protocol completely changed my running and stretching routine. I even encouraged my family to adopt a similar approach. Years later, I still follow the same stretching techniques she taught me. Over the past few years, I moved around the country and never found anyone as good as Helen. Recently, I moved back to NYC and saw Helen for a back spasm—she continues to be a magician. Helen Kim is an extraordinary teacher and physical therapist, and I am so grateful I get the opportunity to work with her! She is extremely smart, knowledgeable and wise, while at the same time being kind, warm and patient. Helen is an excellent physical therapist, whose holistic approach helped me improve my overall health and well-being. She helped me address a couple longstanding issues and gave me a good blueprint to continue on with PT exercises on my own. I cannot recommend Helen enough. She is truly a miracle worker. Helen is an exceptional physical therapist who cares deeply about her patients and wants to ensure that they feel their best. Helen helped me through my pregnancy with twins and post-partum with everything from terrible back pain to fixing my severe diastasis recti. She is amazing at figuring out the source of pain and I always leave my sessions feeling significantly better than when I walked in. She is the best!
