I began Orientation & Mobility (O&M) services on February 19, 2026 after multiple follow-ups in late January and early February. A referral was sent January 21 and I received a response on February 12. My experience was mixed. The instructor provided a properly sized cane with a ball tip and showed a helpful technique for navigating driveways, which I appreciated. However, parts of the interaction felt uncomfortable to me.
