I went with an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. 10:15 appointment. By 11:30 I finally asked and the office staff said “oh let me check” half hour later he came back and said it could be 30 minutes more but not guaranteed. Waited 30 more minutes and finally told them forget it. Told them I would Never return. They didn’t even care! Dr. hilts may think she’s all that but she’s far from a decent doctor. She makes Honor Health look like a joke!

Great Doctor. But after 2 days of not returning a call on MRI results I had to deal with VERY POORLY trained office manager. She promised me a return call and when no call came and I called to question WHY? she said "well did you try calling again?" I was dumbfounded!! I went directly to Honor health administration and DR. HILTS took her office managers back. NEVER got apology for 2 days with no return call. And just to show her point DR HILTS BANNED ME FROM HER PRACTICE!! Hows that?

Great doctor, really takes the time to listen. Love having a lab on site. However, she is always at least 45 minutes late for your appointment. Can't get out of here in less than 2 hours for even a physical. Not a good doctor to see if you've got somewhere you need to be.
