Very smart women and definitely knows what she’s doing. Most doctors or physicians don’t know what they’re talking about. I didn’t feel that way when I saw Helen. I left feeling truly cared for.
Has over 20 years of experience in family practice, Emergency medicine, and GI. She’s always been extremely knowledgeable and very detailed when providing care. Always has the patients best interest.
Unprofessional and clueless. Had an allergy to the antibiotic she prescribed, and she refused to prescribe a different antibiotic. During checkout she told me to see “her secretaries” at the front to check out. Haha as if Geisinger only exists because of her! Do not book an appointment with her unless you want a good laugh.
She had no idea what she was talking about pertaining to my specific illness, incompetent, rude, a general overall unpleasant experience
