I had the fortune of having Helen assigned as my physical therapist. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend her. She has done a great job of helping me push past my pain thresholds in order to achieve my goals. She is very knowledgeable but knows how to speak with in layman's terms in order for all of her clients to understand.
