I'm with the last reviewer. I didnt even want to use her someone at the agency convinced me. That's my fault I should of listened to my mind. She is very unprofessional hide behind her daughter. Never answers the phone. Mind you I never spoke to the lady but she writes an email saying that I was rude to her. Thank God I'm not using her. This is my 3rd adoption. she is a horrible, rude and obnoxious woman. has no sense of customer service and mis-informs her clients so she gets more money when there is an error. all she cares about is the money; and is incompetent, slow and unprofessional. I only gave a a 1-star because it doesn't allow you to post without a star. If I could have given her a minus 5-star rating I would. i'm sure she will soon be disbarred because of her shady practices.
