Never seen this dr or set up an appointment? got a letter saying she's not going to be my health care provider anymore and along with that letter I get another one saying their data has been breached and I may have been a victim, this is the second letter ive gotten thats stated that in 2 years. your info and personal data is not safe especially with this dr if it states that I was her patient
