This is good law firms I give them that they represent me in the past and was happy with the service they provided to me,but their customer representatives when you call to get information about a case is trash these people are disrespectful asf I’m not sure why they have them answering calls and speak on behalf of the firm🤷🏽I spoke to 2 of their representatives male and female and them 2 should not be near a phone at least one should be a janitor the other somewhere in the back room organizing documents or cleaning the br... read more
I was very impressed with Held & Hines when I realized that they invested their own funds to reach contract workers that had been unfairly taken advantage of.
