I really hate having to leave another review but this company continues to be dishonest and take people’s hard earned money. My issue is this. Maurice St.Gerard and Michael Utain went out of their way (multiple calls to my husband and I to convince us to trust their company) to promise me that we would be debt free in 6 months. Not only are we NOT debt free but we are in much more debt and our credit scores have declined more than 100 point each (myself and my husband) and we are out of, what was initially a little over 10k.... read more

I paid into a debt collection fund a total of $10,000 over 24 months. Of this, they were supposed to retain $7221 toward resolution of my debt. They DID NOTHING to resolve the debt, and when i asked for a refund, I got $4,700. They actually took out $5,300 for themselves, a lot of double-dipping (i got charged for "legal representation" and "legal fees", separately). This is the absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Maurice Gerard and Michael Utain. Did everything they could to get my husband and I to trust and agree to give them most of our money and stop paying all of our bills. We were promised that our consolidation loan would be approved if we made every payment for 6 months on time. We have done that and we didn't get so much as a phone call for next steps. I have been trying to get in touch with Maurice and Michael for 5 months. No call back at all.... read more
It took a long time and I was scared but they settled $12,000 credit cards for about $7,000. Just be patient and yes the calls from creditors will come, just ignore them. Your credit will be bad for a while too but it works! It took almost 2 years.

These guys are a scam they take their $$ from you and do nothing for you I paid for 7 months of their supposed services and barely return calls. All I got was excuses!! I discovered after search they offer services that individual can do for themselves. Don't use them do the talk to the credit card companies yourself
