Veronica the person who attended the phone is very rude. I called three times and I was told different versions of the status from my insurance and documentation I need to cover my medication. They asked to send by fax my new card (old style way) and at this time and don’t know if they really have it. Is very frustrated to have a good doctor and poor staff service.
I love Dr.Keva!! And her medical team at Dr.Campos office! She is very experienced in diabetic care. She takes the time and effort to explain how to take my insulin and how to write a log of my blood sugars each day. She explains to me how my blood sugar affects my body, what I should be looking for when I am experiencing a glycemic response ,what I should and shouldn’t be eating or drinking and different avenues I can take towards treatment and overall growth/recovery.
