DISGUSTING THE PEOPLE BELOW ME SMELL THEY ARE FILTHY THEY HAVE LIKE 5 kids bouncing off the walls.. cant wait to get the hell out... and nothing is ever done about the complaining... they keep us up all night long.. they must wear cement shoes and im on the 2nd floor.. my whole place shakes... the smell that comes up from their cooking is the most disgusting smell ive ever smelt... Worst place ever... this is the berdan complex in wayne... DO NOT RENT HERE
I am currently renting at Berdan in wayne.. Its HORRIBLE.... the class of people around here is disgusting, people below me smell and keep us up all night with their 3 screaming kids yes 5 people to a 2 bedroom... my place shakes bc they run allll night long ... I have to say they keep the grounds nice and clean but the people here suck ... I wouldnt rent here again and im sure telling everyone not too
Worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. They continually fail to have snow removed as per lease. The washing machine area is in disrepair and refuse to fix it. They will tell your rent is late when they cashed your check and then tell you it's because they had trouble figuring whose rent it was! They will also show you an apartment that it being "worked on" and show you a picture of what it will look like when you move in. When you get there that have all the old appliances back in.
