Heitzmans is the best bakery ever.. I've been getting their birthday cakes since I was 8. I'll be 74 in June. I live in Florida now, and I really miss their white cake with the best buttercream icing, with lots of roses. Every time I go back to Louisville, I get one. I got my daughter & son birthday cakes there. They liked chocolate cake. My children had themed cakes that were airbrushed. They were fabulous. Never disappointed.
